Mission

To promote workforce development through digital equity, while cultivating leadership skills and empowering tomorrow’s global leaders and entrepreneurs.

GHCC serves as an advocate for digital training at the local, county, and state levels to advance the global transformation of education. We collaborate with educators and policy makers to ensure all learners have equal access to the tools, connectivity and skills needed for success in today’s world.

Vision

GHCC standards are the definitive framework for successfully implementing Digital Training strategies to positively impact learning, teaching and leading in our technology-powered world. GHCC offers an array of information resources to support the creative Technology Learning and Workforce Development.

The Great Harvest Community Center (GHCC) is a champion for nonprofit educational organizations, serving educators and community leaders committed to motivating disadvantaged adult learners in San Bernardino Counties. Through well-crafted, Digital Literacy Training Programs and Self-Empowerment Workshops.

Mickey Yates, GHCC Co-founder/CFO
MBA (University of La Verne – Leadership and International Business Management) Co-founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Program Director, is a management professional specializing in strategic operations development, finance, and marketing with over twenty years of experience. Prior to co-founding GHCC, she worked as an Entrepreneur Retail Store Owner and College Professor in Business Management, specializing in brand design, which led her to create Phoenix Rizing Fashion Boutique. Mickey is a high-energy leader, experienced fundraiser, collaborator, strategic planner, entrepreneur  coach, and motivational speaker. She has an important mix of strong corporate and nonprofit experience, a passion for education, and a belief that creating effective access to technology for the disadvantaged can be a catalyst to engineering real community change.

Gregory Walker, GHCC Co-founder/CEO
MBA (New England University – Non-Profit Management), Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, is an energetic education advocate and nonprofit leader specializing in management, governance, education policy, and corporate communications. His history of building vibrant, mission-focused teams, fostering organizational brand strength and advancing long-range growth plans has made him a proven dynamic leader. Gregory provides passionate leadership and direction for the organizational planning, grant-writing, performance, and tracking of GHCC while working to ensure that effective digital content development are maximized. Prior to co-founding GHCC, he served 25 years as an Information Technology Physician Healthcare Trainer, Motivational Speaker, and saxophonist.
